Hey Guys,
Does anyone know if Filezilla will support a 30 gig download of one file...?
Can anyone tell me how to make filzilla or WINSCP support a resume download? I am trying to download a 30 gig backup file...and it keeps erroring out...
or does anyone know of a free FTP program that will do this?
thanks,
-taylor

(on the server side) Is it possible that the timeout/disconnect time limit is reached? of you set it to no disconnect does it keep erroring out?
(sorry) i missed the section where it said permission denied, are you the admin of the server your pulling it from? if so double check that you have to correct permissions.
i know filezilla can resume big files i recently pulled down the dvd iso of mandrake 10 with it 4.7 GB took 27 hours, and it kept disconnecting but it would always resume where it stopped at.

You havn't got permision on file, i know it can download big files, being a host, i download big backups, userly around 20.4 gig, in one file. i have two backups because server can't put anymore than 20.4 gig in a single backup.
I Normaly Disanable the timeout limit during download.
Takes me somewhat 4 hours to download.
