FileZilla created a folder I cannot delete / bug?

This is a cross-post, but I was unsure if it belonged in the "client support" section, as I believe it to be a bug.

I'll just reference it here with a link (and maybe a moderator can help place it in the proper place for me??)

It's actually caused by a bug in Windows. The CreateDirectory function allows a different set of names than RemoveDirectory.
