Upgrading?

Hello,

I'm not sure wether to upgrade or not, last time i upgraded i lost all my saved ftp sites, wich wasn't to helpful for me, is there an upgrade script or do i just leave it at 2.2.17?

I've used the FZ client for a couple of years now, and have never experienced loss of settings or sites between versions (I just install the new version over the old one).

I'm using file based storage for the settings as specified during installation.
