#1 Post by mriolo » 2004-05-17 21:20

botg,

any thoughts on adding support for WinPE enviornment? i attempted the latest 2.x ver in a BartPE built WinPE http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/ environment and came up with a juicy exception. I have the dump and report if you'd like it. he's a little taster of the report:

Code: Select all

Exception Details:
------------------

Exception code: E06D7363
Fault address: 77E73887 01:00012887 E:\i386\system32\kernel32.dll

Call stack:
-----------

Address Frame Function SourceFile
77E73887 0012F364 RaiseException+50

Could you please provide me with the complete exception report (and dump)?

The snippet from the report did not contain any useful information, especially the call stack only contains addresses of the exception handler functions, but not where or why the crash occured.

I compared the files are included in the compiled WinPE .iso with the results of dependancy walker. All seems to be in order on that front. Would it be helpful if I made a copy of the ISO available to you? Send me a PM, I'd be happy to provide it.

i've resolved the issue. it turned out to be a conflict with another plugins workaround. i stripped out everything but filezilla and everything was gravy. i apologize for the confusion. if anyone would like the .inf file required for the BartPE project just PM me.
