Resource Leak?

#1 Post by Kirk » 2006-04-19 20:23

I've been having problems with FileZilla lately, on two different Windows XP computers. When I start the program, it will consume all available CPU power for about 15 minutes, and use up about 150MB of ram, before starting the program. Once the program has started, Windows will abort it and show the erorr report dialog, if you try to do anything in the program. It never used to do this...it's a problem I picked up about a half a month ago. :S I was running an older version, but uninstalled it and tried the new one, with no avail. Any idea what could be causing the problem? Let's put it simply. I'm stuck with SmartFTP right now, and I hate it. ;) Any ideas?
Cheers!
Kirk

Edit: I do have one other thing to note. That's that it actually works right now... and only does the memory leak once in awhile... It's still odd though. :|
