import sites list in .dat format

I would like to import my sites list from FlashFXP, which is in .dat format, like this example:

Don't think there is an easy way to do this unfortunately. However, if you somehow can get your sites list to a cuteftp format, FZ might import it from Site Manager -> File -> Import
