firewall setting doesn't not work

i m using filezilla 2.2.22
and i m not able to make filezilla client used fixed range of port

i followed the doccumentatiion here

i put the upper and lower limit.

but when i connect to my ftp over SSH2 server my client use randow local port for transfert.

as some of port are blocked on the outside firewall sometimes my client failed.

if i close filezilla and rerun it the setting are still there but it still use random port

does someone know to solve this problem?

The assigned port only work for incoming connections. All SSH traffic is outgoing.

well therefore i don't see very well the utility of these settings?

isn't there really no way to make filezilla use a range of well known port for outgoing connexcion in order to pass a non stateful firewall?
