Hi Folks,

A user is trying to access my Filezilla FTP site via Windows Explorer. They are not getting a credentials login box and are getting the attached result when entering the FTP address. Any ideas why?

Windows Explorer is about the worst FTP client still in use. If you have an anonymous account set up in your server, Explorer happily ignores all credentials you pass to it and always uses the anonymous account.

Well in my list of users I do not have anonymous listed anywhere, just my manually added user accounts.

What happens if you use a different FTP client?
