Failed to retrieve directory listing

I am getting the above error of a few files I have downloaded onto my server

FTP in passive mode

So far it has only had this error with music, I have used an alternative client and it works fine, I think its just a possible bug

Any help would be appreciated

How do I post a log? it accesses everything else, just this one folder is says "Failed to retrieve directory listing" from my remote site connection

It's a broken server. FileZilla only uses MLSD if the server actively advertises support for it. Your server advertises that it supports that command but then does not know how to handle it.

You need to contact the server administrator for assistance so that he can upgrade to a better server.
