New (little) bug introduced in 2.2.23 ?

Hello

I just download v. 2.2.23 and
it seems a new bug has been introduced.

In explorer frame, i have 3 files named:
- dummy.php
- dummy-ok.php
- dummy-ok-pp.php

Frame is sorted by filename
Before:
- view was in that order
* dummy.php
* dummy-ok-php
* dummy-ok-pp.php

Now, ver 2.2.23:
- view is in that order
* dummy-ok-pp.php
* dummy-ok.php
* dummy.php

I hope it is no a dream

anyway, it's more logical to sort with the first method. (like windows explorer).

I've done some research, it seems this is a limitation of Windows. I've no idea why the ansi versions of the collate function sort it properly while the unicode version does not.
