Why do I have a menu Edit->Export settings ?
Aren't all settings put into FileZilla.xml ?
What more can I export what isn't already in FileZilla.xml ?
(During Installation I selected NOT the Registry as place of settings
but FileZilla.xml)

The export entry in the main menu just exports the settings. To export the site manager entries, you'll have to use the export function inside the sitemanager. To export the queue, you have to use queue->export.
If you want to make a backup of everything, it's faster to just copy FileZilla.xml
