Can I put a disconnect Icon in the tool bar ?

Can I put a disconnect Icon in the tool bar ?

I did not saw I disconnect icon in the toolbar.
Is there a way to put (or enable) such an icon in the tool bar at the top or is the only choice to click the menu to disconnect?
