I have had absolutely no problems with uploading photographs/images - until now.
PNG Images are displaying only part of the image and jpeg images are not showing at all.
You can see this at: http://www.calcotpark.com/problems.html
Nothing has changed in my set up, webpages look perfect in the editor; but the problems happen when uploaded to the web by FTP. All previous images in the page are displaying correctly on the web. Something is very wrong somewhere.
Can anyone offer some constructive, urgent advice please?

Re: Images cracking up; displaying broken link icon
Two possible problems:
1. You accidentally uploaded the images in ASCII Data Type. Doing that will destroy them. Re-upload them as Binary (also called 'Image').
2. You do use AVG as antivirus which has a transfer corruption bug, currently. Contact AVG support to resolve this.

I have checked the asci/binary box and images have not been uploaded in asci. The setting is at Auto.
Interesting about AVG. I did an update but this did not solve the problem. I then uninstalled AVG, cleaned up the Registry, but the problem, unfortunately, is still there.

And with AVG uninstalled (and the avgwfp*.sys driver deleted from the drivers directory), you repeated the uploads?

Re: Images cracking up; displaying broken link icon
Yes, everything to do with AVG has been deleted.
What I have noticed is that when I installed another FTP programme (Coffee Cup) and uploaded all of the pages and photographs through that programme, everything worked perfectly and I now have one happy client.
I will check back with Filezilla now and again to see if they have fixed this bug.
