Incorrect GPL license included in Filezilla

Hello.

Filezilla does not include the correct full GPLv2 license with it.

The included license does not contain this section: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html#SEC4

According to this it should be included: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-license ... itPreamble

Solution is to include this file in full: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0-standalone.html

Please fix this for next version.
