By default the Windows system account does not have the required permissions to access network shares. In order to share network drives, you might have to give the FileZilla Service a new account on the services page in the management console of windows.
Start -> Run -> Services.msc
Locate FZS, edit its settings and give it a user account which does have access to network shares.

You will also have to use aliases if the mapped drive is not your home directory. In the second column to the right of the mapped drives, add /mymuic
