problems with instalation of File Zilla 2_2_24b

After confirming conditions, choosing components and location on my disk I have started with instalation. After that windows has appeared with content such as: ERROR OPENING FILE for Writing
C:\Program Files\File Zilla\File Zilla.chm

Is it right to ignore it or would I change a version of File Zilla. I already have tryed 2_2_24a and 2_2_24b
I am running on Win XP. home edition

Just a guess:

Are you running a limited (ie: non-Administrator) account? Limited accounts have no write permission for the program folder.

If you are Admin, your permissions may be screwed up...
