getting throguh a proxy

Hi, i'm trying to get access to my school files at home and can't seem to get through. The internet settings at school for the proxy is-->

192.168.0.2
Port : 3128

any ideas? i have tried fiddling round with the proxy address in filezilla wiht no luck
