I cannot get over the proxy using FileZilla.
How come?
The proxy would need this:
220-Please enter the name in the syntax:
220- FTPuser@proxyuser@ftp-server
220-
220-Please enter the password in the syntax:
220- FTPpassword@proxypassword
220-
220-Example 1: Your username at "ftp.example.com" is "user123" and your password
220- for this server is "secret". Your proxy user ID is "x99" and
220- your proxy-password is "drive321". Then use the following syntax:
220- Name: user123@x99@ftp.example.com
220- Password: secret@drive321
220-
220-Example 2: You want to use anonymous FTP login at "ftp.example.com". Your
220- proxy user ID is "x99", your proxy-password is "drive321" and
220- your e-mail address is max.muster@provider.de. Then use the following
220- syntax:
220- Name: anonymous@x99@ftp.example.com
220- Password: max.muster@provider.de@drive321
I tried everything imaginable but FileZilla cannot get thru the proxy.
Now does FileZilla make the combination internally for ftpuser@proxuser and ftpPasswort@proxyPassword or would I have to enter this combination in FileZilla in the user and password text fields in the server manager of the FTP Site?
In the FTP-Proxy Settings I checked User RemoteId@FireID@RemoteHost which should work. However, I went thru them all and nothing works.
Anybody else ever gotten over a proxy with similar proxy-requirements as outlined above?
Thank you
Andreas
