Trouble Connecting

I am having trouble connecting. I used FileZilla several years ago and set up a site and would like to now download it to my computer. I had no problems.

How does FileZilla know what phone number to dial?

I tried Quick Connect, then Site Manager with no connection. When I used FileZilla before, I used Site Manager and had sucess. My settings now are:

FTP Site: Intergate
Host: ftp:intergate.com
Port: 21
Logontype: normal
User: ftp://steve7:*********@ftp.intergate.com/public_html
Where ********** is my password.
[note: My ISP doc said, " If you have Web Pubishing Services installed in Wiindows, you can use the following link: <the above link>] Is this unconventional? This worked the last time, but maybe this is a different version of FileZilla or I am making some other mistake.

I put my password again in the box for the pass word in Site Manager.

What am I doing wrong.
