Can't connect

Sorry if this has been answered before. I downloaded FileZilla when my other FTP quit connecting. And now, FileZilla won't connect either. I put in the right information. Does it have anything to do with the Norton Antivirus that's on the computer? I don't know how to tell Norton to connect to something. I think I have the Norton 2004 version. If anybody knows how to fix my problem, I'd be grateful! Here's part of the log in case you need it:

Error: Can't resolve host name
Error: Unable to connect!

Either FileZilla gets blocked by your firewall or the address you've entered simply doesn't exist.

I know that the address exists, so it's got to be the Norton. Do you know how to unblock it in Norton?
