SSL- can't access to folders

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me with this. I have set up Filezilla server on one computer and the client on the other. I can get them to talk very happily via port 21. Then, i tried to use SSL via port 990. I got the certificate popup windows when connecting to the server which is what i expected and got all the directory listed there. So far so good. Then, i went double-clicking on the folder called "program files" or any folders, it just wouldn't let me access to them. Is it to do with the permission? how do i set the permission here if i'm right?
