Hi,

I can not connect. This is the error ( French ):

I test the connection on https://ftptest.net/ and it's working!
I also Re install Filezilla...

Nothing.
What can I do? Thanks in advance. I can not connect since almost 1 week...

It looks like your firewall is blocking FileZilla. Can you connect to other servers (like ftp.gnu.org)?

ftp.gnu.org

It didn't work...

But I've already try to disconnect my firewall and nothing changed....

Another firewall perhaps?

I tried many ways to change my firewall but I really don't think that my problems comes from my firewall.

What can I do ?

It shows the server is working fine. And as you cannot connect even to ftp.gnu.org you client is blocked from accessing the net. You have disabled the firewall you know of, but there may be more on your system without yourself being aware. For example, most full antivirus suites come with a firewall of their own. That's the place where you should start checking.

Ok. I will try to find...


And when I tried to connect with "assitant de configuration réseau", the connection doesn't work also...So can I conclude that it comes from my configuration of Filezilla...

Could you check if the Application Layer Gateway service (alg.exe) is active on your system? If you don't have Windows disregard this post.

This program is in my Computer. When i try to click on ... nothing opened...

So I don't know if it's activ or not...How can I check it?

Use the Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL). You may have to click on ''Show processes from all users''. If alg.exe is running, it interferes with FTP.
