Can't download ANY file

Hi all,

This happened all of a sudden:
I cannot download any file any more from any of my directories.
Deleting works
Renaming works

Except downloading.
I get the following message:
Status: Starting download of /XXX.com/wp-content/xxx.php
Error: Failed to open "/xxx.php" for writing
Error: File transfer failed

What am I missing?
I use FZ v3.6.0.2 on a MacBook Pro

Recent MacOS X change: You are no longer allowed to write to the root or any of the system directories. Please use a directory inside your Home as local target.

That's true!
All of a sudden I remember.
With my recent update to the latest level, that must have been reset.

I've been looking how to change the download location...
How do I do that?

Navigate to the home directory on the local side (just like you would on the server).
