Re-occuring Upload

Every time I drag a file in to process, it starts over after reaching 100%. It will
keep doing this until I tell it to stop and never appears to have uploaded.
Is there something that I'm doing wrong in the upload process? It just recently
started doing this, up until about 3 weeks ago we've uploaded countless files
and videos without any trouble.

Looping transfers are a strong hint to a firewall blocking the connection closure notification packets (or their answer packets). Thus FileZilla must consider the connection broken and tries to re-establish it. If now your server does not support transfer resume, the transfer starts from the beginning.
