Above is the log for my session. I keep getting a error message stating could not start transfer. I have uploaded numerous videos and all of a sudden today it won't let me do it.. Keeps coming up with this error message. Could someone please help?

Both the problem (red) and the solution (green) are inside that message. You need to select the correct subdirectory to upload to. But we can't tell you the right one, only your hoster can.
