[FEATURE] Default "View/Edit" default option to "Discard"

At the moment if you Edit/View a file from the remote server that you already have open, there doesn't appear to be any where to default the option to "Discard local file then download and edit file anew" which is annoying as 99% of the time this is what you want to do.

What version do you have? I'm running 3.7.3, and when I select 'View/Edit' this pop-up message appears if I'm currently 'Viewing/Editing' a particular file.

There's no way to default an option, currently. From what I know FileZilla currently doesn't take paths into account, with defaulting to Discard you'd automatically overwrite any local temporary copy if the new file has the same name.

I see I mis-read the original question. Oops.

Is there any way to set this now, I always want to discard as the current temp file will be stale and opening that will mean an outdated file is being edited.

Why is it thought you would want the current default behaviour! seems totally the wrong way around!
