Are you using any routers or firewalls? Are both you and the server using the latest available software versions for everything?

I use a Fli4l-Linux Router:
http://www.fli4l.de and the last FileZilla Version...
The Problem is with a Hosteurope Server... With others Servers it's ok...

Then you should consider asking Hosteurope, as it seems to be their fault.

It's not HostEurope's Problem... They checkt the FTP-Server... I have test it with SmartFTP... All uploaded files are ok. But SmartFTP is so ugly...
So i test the config of Filezilla... I think it is a Problem with compression... When i disable all compression options, then all upload are ok...

Then leave compression off, not all servers do support it properly. I guess SmartFTP doesn't use compression at all.

Ok
But a "compression support"-test becomes helpfully: There are too many causes for timout errors...
