Help me locate a file please!

I'm in a bit of a pickle, so this is my last resort! I'm sorry if this is posted in the wrong area, this is my first time here and it's not really my area of expertise, so please feel free to move if necessary.

I'm trying to locate the image file that I can see when I go to www.example.com/wp-content/themes/companyname/images/imagename. When I work backwards, logically, there should be a file for all of those locations along the way, but the first file I can find is at www.example.com/wp-content... There's nothing else after that.

I spoke with our web developer, and he's just as confused as me, so suggested that I get FileZilla to locate the files. I've logged into our server, but I don't see even half of the files that should be there... Can someone please tell me how I would use FileZilla to locate it? Any help is greatly appreciated.
