Drag and drop to desktop not working

Dear all, I have the same problem but from the installation of last version 3.9.0.1 and this is the error message (attached file) I receive trying to drag and drop from filezilla to my desktop.
In few words it says that is impossible to determine the destination of the operation drag&drop. The shell extension is wrongly installed or probably the file has been released on a no Explorer window.
All this as said before happens from the last version installation.....

Hi all, I continue to get the same error while dragging and dropping files. I installed the last versione of Filezilla (3.36.0) on Windows 10. Now I can do that only if I upload, download or overwrite files on Filezilla window, but if I try to download files on an external window - an another folder on my pc, for example - the usual shell error occurs. Is there any new suggestion to fix it? Apart using WinSCP (I'd want to get Filezilla working on my computer...).

Still have this issue, both on Win7 and Win10 64x
Latest Filezilla.
Actually it used to be fine on Win7 until the latest update....
What's going on??
