File synchronisation in V3

#1 Post by tl01-truck » 2007-02-22 10:31

Quick question - I notice that in earlier discussion topics it was hinted that file synchronisation would be in v3

How do I set this up

Many Thanks

FZ3 is still in development and synchronization is not implemented yet. AFAIR, botg (the main developer) said we'll have to wait until or maybe after FZ3.0 final before we get synchronization. FZ3 is currently in a sixth beta version and there will probably be quite some betas until the final release.

Patience, my friend, patience :)

Oh, great!
I'll patiently but eagerly wait for the syncronization-able FZ!

That would be a nice feature, also it would be nice to see a directory difference/comparision to see which files are missing or have a different filesize and or dates/times.

If you use Firefox and have the FireFTP extension you will see what I mean, he has both features, but Filezilla is better for transfer of a large number of files.

Just a wishlist item.
