Re: Zilefilla stuck under top menu bar - macbook pro osx 10.9.4
I am using a MacBook Pro and I got this issue, I was able to fix it with the suggested key combination: Command + Alt + Shift
Somebody said that they double click the application while pressing the key combination, but that didn't work for me, so what I did was the following:
- 1. Open the spotlight search
- 2. Type the name of the Filezilla app
- 3. Once I press enter to submit my search, I immediately press the key combination (Command + Alt + Shift) after that
- That reset the Filazilla app position and size
Re: Zilefilla stuck under top menu bar - macbook pro osx 10.9.4
CMD + ALT + SHIFT doesn't work.
It reset window position back to default first time launch, which is stuck under the menu bar.
I use this method to change the window position by editing the "filezilla.xml" in "~/.config/filezilla"
1) Shutting down Filezilla
2) Editing /Users/username/.config/filezilla/filezilla.xml
Searching for this line:
Original: <Setting name="Window position and size">0 0 -56 1504 1126 </Setting>
Changing it to:
New: <Setting name="Window position and size">10 10 -56 1504 1126 </Setting>
3) When I opened it back up, it's fixed.
Hope this help.
