Hi,
I've got mail from my hostingprovider. He told me they have already a TLS support. The problems are only with the updated old FileZilla programs. When I reinstall the program FileZilla. I can make contact like always.

I have 87 sites spread over 50+ different hosts. None of them works with the new FileZilla. I have to reset all manually as boko kindly showed above. Not a very good product evolution.

Contact your respective server administrators and server hosting providers so that their servers will be fixed to properly support FTP over TLS.

I have have uninstalled the old FileZilla program which I had for years and tried to install the new FileZilla (Sourceforge), but I got warnings for malware. So now I have nothing. For today I stop. 
I think I buy a program.

My virus scanner blocks the download. With the other download options I'm afraid I get also other unwanted things. I don't know enough about this. The first time I downloaded Filezilla it was much easier. I'll wait until my son comes to visit. He knows more about it. I quit.
I downloaded the 30-day trial of Cute FTP. I can now upload at least without problems.

I did it !!! 
I've made a new effort and this time I got a message from AVG that I could give permission not to block SourceForge.
Unlike what my hosting provider thought, I still can not make contact on the right way, even though they have TLS support.
But I can make contact with FileZilla on the alternative way and I have at least for a month Cute FTP that does well. Maybe the problems are solved in a month.

It's not the first time something like this has happened. A couple of years there have been massive problems due to MLSD. Took a couple of months, but eventually servers, firewalls and NAT routers were fixed and properly configured. Likewise, there has been the issue with the improperly closed data connection at the end of FTP over TLS transfers. Again, eventually the broken servers got fixed and updated.
