Slow File Transfer Rates

Hello, I've been attempting to upload files to a game server today, but my uploading is maxing out at 350 kib/s. This is odd because speed tests show that I am getting 3 mb/s upload.
Any clue on how to fix this? Thanks.

That actually sounds about right.

3Mb/s = 375KB/s

8 bits for a byte. If you're on a diet, a nibble is 4 bits.
