Fear of more updates - 3.10.0.2 (2015-01-16)

When I made the dreaded 3.10.0 update I had the slew of issues that everyone else had - 'broken servers.' I band-aided the issue by enabling SSH access on Bluehost until they fix their servers. Now there is the 3.10.0.2 (2015-01-16) update - I am terrified to do it due to the extreme frustrations and issues with the 3.10.0 update. If I update to this newest version, am I going to encounter more issues and frustrations?

There are no known issues that are new in 3.10.0.2 over 3.10.0
