hello, after a long absence, I log on to Filezilla without problems because the password is stored in "File Manager" but if I want to connect to a file by typing its address I get the message "530 Login authentication failed "It seems to me (counting characters) that the password of my" filezilla parameters "is not the same. Is there a way to find the password?
A big thank you in advance for your help (hope I was clear)

Re: password problem
The password is stored in base64 encoded form in the file sitemanager.xml in FileZilla's settings directory, which is ~/.config/filezilla on most platforms with exception of the exotic Windows platform where it is %APPDATA%/FileZilla

Re: password problem
Thank you for your answer. I found the password but if I copy the address of a Filezilla file and I want to go there (for the web) I have this message: 530 Login authentication failed.
In fact, my password is 11 characters and if I connect automatically to Filezilla by: File / Site Management / name of my website, the password (indicated by dots) only has 8 characters (but perhaps it is formatted and all passwords ??)
Thank you in advance and good evening
J Pierre
