Contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for assistance with your FTP server login credentials.

Hi, thanks for the info, I just wanted to check a couple of things if thats ok

I have a Joomla account and have ordered an extension template for it - is Joomla my service administrator in this case?

I have checked my username and password on joomla and have typed in all that info correctly on filezilla but it still doesnt do anything

Joomla is just a piece of software. There are many instances of Joomla running out there. Accounts are per-instance. Your administrator is whoever is administrating the server running your instance.

Furthermore, Joomla is a web-based CMS served by an HTTP server and using its own account management system. FTP servers are completely independent from Joomla.
