very frequent disconnection with Filezilla 3.10.3 (see logs)

I encounter the following errors very frequently.

Every time I click a folder after a short inactivity. It shows the following errors and re-connection required.

Error:	Failed to retrieve directory listing[/color]

Ever time I download a file after a short inactivity. It shows the following errors and re-connection required.

[color=#FF0000]Error:	input_pushback not null!
Error:	File transfer failed[/color]

I have a root password on my Linux machine and I already put "ServerAliveInterval 60" in /etc/ssh/ssh_config.
By the way, I use putty to ssh my linux use the same account. It stays for whole day without any dissconnection.

It would be very much appreciated if you could help me in solving this problem. It's really annoying.
