Hi,
I am new in this forum, from Brisbane Australia.
My problem is this:
I login to GoDaddy and set up a new FTB account for my website and
downloading the FileZilla (for Windows) FTP Configuration File.
I then import the file into the Site Manager and try to connect
and get this error:
Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

Am I doing something wrong?

Let me try to help you

All you need to login with FTP is a username and a password.
Your host is: ftp.example.com or the server IP address to the webhotel.
The Port is: 21

You can find the information at the FTP-users.

I think that your hosting account name is the same as the username I don't have a godaddy webhotel.
