files not on filefactory

just started using filezilla and i cant find my files i sent to filefactory.
they arent in my files or ftp folder
any help appreciated

yes but cant change directory to save them, keep getting failed to retieve directory listing

in filezilla it says my file gone into /
but on ff i dont see that folder
i see my files and ftp uploads
in file zilla if i try change folder it errors

i think the problem is filefactorys server as i cant upload directly to them, thats why im trying filezilla

To clarify, do these directories show up in the remote file list or have you manually entered them into the remote path box?

ive entered them as only thing showing is /
but ive successfully (according to filezilla) 25 files but none show in filefactory?

thats where im lost

If the directories do not yet exist you may have to create them.

Then they would display in the remote directory tree.

no they arent showing. just got email back from filefactory saying

If the server is FUBAR then the upload method makes no difference: It's still using the same server...
