Yet another "could not send reply, disconnected..."

I've had Filezilla Server running on my computer for quite some time. I just recently moved to a new location.

I have a dyndns host name, which is entered in the FTP server's passive settings.
I'm on a wireless router (Compusa Wireless G router, edimax clone) with the built-in firewall disabled and ports 11000-11200 opened.
I have the ftp server set to 11000, with 11001-11200 as the passive ports.
I have jetico on my machine, but it's disabled/shutdown.
I've also tried from another computer with no firewall installed, same error.

I've read the FAQ, but can't seem to find anything else to try. The router I'm using previously worked fine with Filezilla Server. I have changed the port since then.

Any suggestions? All feedback appreciated. Thanks!
