Cannot connect to ftp server

I use Netcetera web hosting and after my site was compromised and also blacklisted I logged on and deleted my whole site rather than trying to find which ever file was a virus and uploaded by some one else.

I now want to upload my site again which is thankfully only a one page portfolio site. I tried typing in the details and it failed so I looged on to netcetera and used the xml file off there and imported it and that still doesn't work either.


Also when I do manage to get my site re uploaded how do I get it off the blacklisting
