Problems Connecting Client

Hello everyone and thanks for your help in advance. I am trying to use Filezilla client to connect to a site. At my home, I have no problems connecting, however, at my office, the connection times out. The home and office both have the same model Asus router and both connect using Comcast internet. The connection uses sftp and requires no port number when using quick connect. I am able to connect to other sftp sites from my office using the default port, so I don't think its a firewall issue. I'm not sure what the next step is. Any help would be appreciated.
