Update Check shouldn't silently download the setup.exe

I have Update Check enabled, and each time an update is available, the setup.exe is immediately and silently downloaded into my Downloads folder. This really bugs me

Some ideas, that would have to be configurable:

• start the download only when accepting to apply update
• download into the temp folder
• disable automatic download (thus automatic update) while keeping update check
