Large files not transferring correctly

I'm having a problem with Filezilla 3 where some larger files (approx. 300 kb) won't upload fully. The files upload about 35% and then stop with a disconnect from the server. I've checked my firewall settings and that doesn't seem to be the problem; the files upload perfectly, though much more slowly, in Filezilla 2 and smaller files upload file even in FZ 3. Any recommendations on what I might try to fix this?

Please use the FileZilla 3 bug tracker at http://sf.net/projects/filezilla and attach a log with debug level 3 to your request.
