how to recover a password used for arcsight connection

Hi,

We have an arcsight server where we can store the logs of our Bluecoat Proxy Devices. The transfer of logs from BC to Arcsight server is via filezilla.
One of our BC got a hardware failure, now that the defective BC has been replaced. We are now able to connect to Arcsight Server due to incorrect password.

May we know how to recover the password used for arcsight and BC?
