Help! My Filezilla has no toolbar and quick connect at the top

I just got a new macbook pro and installed Filezilla. There's nowhere to connect at the tip like there was. It's the latest version I downloaded from filezilla, and I'm using Firefox if that matters.

Anyone know how to fix this? Thank you so much in advance!

If you check the View menu (bottom half), are all components to display checked?

Ah, so if I change it to view the full screen the menu is there, but it has to take over the entire screen. When I go out of full screen it's gone again. It wasn't like that on my old computer. I could have it in a smaller window allowing me to use the rest of my computer at the same time. Is there a fix for this?

It does have a toolbar and quickconnect at the top. It's just that the top of the window is located outside of the visible screen space (beats me why the OSX Window Manager allows such things).

Simply move the window down a bit.

I tried, there's nothing to click to move the window down. I agree! Why does OSX allow this???

Hold down the modifier keys Shift+Cmd+Alt when starting FileZilla. That should reset the screen layout to a sane size.

I am having the exact same issue described in this post... FileZilla on MacBook M1 Pro, when opening the Site Manger, the window opens almost full screen, but the top of it is above the window, so I can't move it or click on the buttons at the top. When I close the site manager, the menu bar is gone. I can operate FileZilla in full screen mode without a problem.

Unfortunately, holding down Command + Shift + Option when opening FileZilla did not resolve the issue for me.

Luckily, I can avoid using the Site Manger by holding down option and clicking on the Site Manager button, and that will give me access to my sites without having to open the faulty Site Manger window.

But it would be nice if this problem was resolvable without having to tiptoe around the user interface to get things to work correctly.

On macOS you can move Windows by clicking any window border and while holding the mouse button down, move the mouse parallel to the border.
