how to download from Uptobox premium ?

Hello,
I used filezilla from long times to UPLOAD file from my pc to my Uptobox premium account
Now i would like to DOWNLOAD files from my Uptobox account to my pc
I can download directly from Uptobox but not 1 file at a time ? i would like to create a list of download
Any ideas how to do that with Filezilla ?
