FileZilla Runtime Error

I googled this problem and yes there were a few people who were experiencing the same problem on my old computer, a Windows ME. But so far... I have not found any responses on any version that could run on Windows Me. I Have downloaded 2.X.X versions of Filezilla but the Runtime Error still occurs.

Can anyone please help me out? If possible please give me an exact link to download the .EXE file.

Please do not tell me to upgrade my computer, this is my 'secondary' computer/backup computer.

But it's completely unsupported - You're on your own.

Not only unsupported but it also contains known security vulnerabilities. You're putting yourself at a great risk by using Windows ME and outdated software versions.
