I can use Filezilla on my Mac without problems. But within Windows 10 inside Parallels Desktop I get the following error at the test step in the configuration wizard:
PASS 3.28.0
Response: 230 logged on.
Checking for correct external IP address
IP 118.241.202.25 bbi-ceb-cac-cf
Response: 200 OK
Failed to create listen socket on port 0, aborting.
Connection closed
I have a wi-fi router, so I manually set what I know is my external IP address. I've also tried the defaults settings. But I can't find one that works. The Windows firewall is set to allow Filezilla to pass through.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Re: Problems connecting with Filezilla - but just inside Windows in Parallels Desktop
Hardware Virtualizers like Parallels usually add a further NAT layer to the system (virtual router). If you use that network, you need to forward ports from the outside (Host) to the inside (Guest).
