Both, FileZilla Client 3.28.0 and FileZilla Client 3.29.0 set the file and folder permissions to folder > 775 and file > 664
Hard to understand how FZ can make this kind of BUGS when they release new versions.
I just few mins ago installed 'old' 14th Aug 2017 released FileZilla Client 3.27.1 again, and problem is gone.

Which operating system are you using? Does it happen on uploads or downloads?
